1) Experience and Knowledge of the role

4) Ability to mix cocktails
REQUIREMENTS FOR WAITERS
1) Good communication skill
2) Excellent Customer Service
3) Basic knowledge of maths
4) Ability to work in a team
REQUIREMENTS FOR KITCHEN STAFF
1) Good personal hygiene
2) Ability to work efficiently under pressure
3) Culinary skills
4) Stamina and Enthusiasm
WORK HOURS: 7 AM - 7 PM
- ONE HOUR BREAK
- ONE MEAL PER DAY
