Our partner, a fitness center at Lekki Phase 1, seeks to hire a Center Manager. The right candidate will be required to serve as a middle man between the CEO, COO, and the board of directors as well as the customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and training in business management and similar experience
- Health and safety training is an added advantage
- A minimum of 3 years experience, with at least 2 years in similar positions especially in the hospitality industry.

- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Successfully deliver large, and self-performed projects.
- Promote a safe and quality-driven culture, both project and company-wide.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Operations Management, Policy Strategy and Execution, and Project Coordination, Contract Management, Risk Management, Problem Solving, Time Management, and Negotiation skills
Compensation
Basic Salary -N 150,000 - N 200,000
Premium Health package will be given
- The candidates who will be considered for the job must live on the Island, must be willing to work 6 days a week, 8 am to 7 pm (could be slightly longer because the Center manager will ensure the center is opened and closed at the appropriate time)
