Understanding that training and developing employees is key to
perk up a high level of productivity, Reunlearn 360 takes the WAVE employees
through data analytics training and the importance of research in an
organization. Being facilitated by Oby Bridget Azubike, the training lasted for
four hours and sectioned into two: theoretical and practical
section.
The team members are very excited and share
their testimonials on the significance of the training exercise. Mosunmade, a
support staff, demonstrates her excitement and as well, takeout from the 4-hour
training: “The mixed (quantitative and qualitative) research method stood out
for me and then the practical session was like seeing ‘magic happen.’ I sure
